Responsibilities

  • Implement behavior intervention plans as directed by the supervising clinician.
  • Work under the clinical supervision of ASTLA's Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Collect accurate behavioral data during sessions.
  • Support participants in the Indian Wells Valley across home and community settings.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Complete 30-hour RBT training.
  • Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
  • Reliable transportation for travel within the Indian Wells Valley.
